PF Withdrawal amount and Employee Pension amount?
I have a question regarding Provident fund withdrawal. As per PF rules, approx. 20K was deducted from my salary for PF and equal amount was contributed by my employer. ( Which means there is total of 40K in my PF account). Now I have left that company. Now, If I withdraw that money how much I would get…40K or less…..?
What will happen to Employee Pension fund amount ?
Generally PF of employee kept in a account.company contribution is divided into two parts and one part is put in the employee a/c (approx. 8.33% ) and remaining amount kept in employee pension scheme a/c.
Suppose you are resigning you get your contribution and 8.33% of company contribution. If you want to work in another company you can transfer the fund accordingly. Balance of company contribution can’t get it now.
